Embodied Flow
A well rounded yoga class for all levels. Designed for consistency, you’ll find greater flexibility, strength and mindfulness. This class is adaptable for all levels, so give it a try whether it’s your 1st class or 100th.
Embodied Restore
Yin yoga inspired movement for rest, recovery and a mindful reset. You’ll find supported poses and mindful stillness to encourage physical release and mental ease. Expect minimal movement, supportive props, long-held poses, and space to slow down completely.
Yoga Sculpt
A yoga based strength class to enhance muscle endurance, improve core stability and incorporate light cardio. Combining strength training, light cardio and yoga, this is perfect if you’re looking to challenge yourself while maintaining a mindful flow.
Mat Pilates
A contemporary based Mat Pilates class focused on strengthening your core, enhancing functional movement and develop your mind-body connection. We offer modifications and progressions in each class, so all skill levels are welcome!
