Core Classes
YOGA FOR ATHLETES
A high-performance yoga class designed to support strength, agility, and durability. Expect strong flows, dynamic transitions, balance challenges, and intentional mobility work that supports athletic movement patterns. This class pushes you — physically and mentally — while helping prevent injury and improve overall performance.
EMBODIED FLOW
A well-rounded yoga class focused on foundational poses, mindful transitions, and steady breath. This approachable flow balances strength, mobility, and flexibility while offering clear options throughout, making it easy to meet your body where it is. Embodied Flow is designed to support consistency, leaving you grounded and strong.
YOGA SCULPT
A full-body sculpt class blending yoga-inspired movement with light to medium weights for strength training and cardio conditioning. This workout builds lean muscle, increases endurance, and delivers a steady burn while maintaining mindful, intentional flow.
YOGA SCULPT: BACK & BOOTY
An Embodied San Diego Original. A targeted yoga sculpt class designed to strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, and back muscles. This lower-body and posterior-chain focused workout improves posture, builds functional strength, and supports everyday movement — all through controlled, strength-driven flow.
EMBODIED RESTORE
A deeply calming, low-impact restorative yoga class focused on rest, recovery, and a mindful reset. This gentle practice uses supported poses and mindful stillness to encourage physical release and mental ease. Expect minimal movement, supportive props, long-held poses, and space to slow down completely.
PILATES FOUNDATION
A fundamentals-based mat Pilates class designed to introduce you to the mechanics of the method while fostering a deep sense of embodiment. We break down classic mat exercises to help you understand where you should feel the work and how your body aligns in space. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to reconnect with the "why" behind the movement.
